ReinstateKit provides tools and guidance to help business owners prepare reinstatement appeals for suspended Google Business Profiles. We do not guarantee reinstatement results, as final decisions are made by Google.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only submit appeals for businesses you own or are authorized to represent
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

One-time payments are non-refundable after document generation. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

5. Disclaimer

ReinstateKit is not affiliated with Google. We provide preparation assistance only. Reinstatement outcomes depend on Google's review process and your specific circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReinstateKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
